Who am I?
Who am I?
I am a Mechanical Engineering student at Louisiana State University graduating in May, 2023, and I am seeking an internship or full-time position beginning this summer. I have found my major program to be rigorous but creatively sparse, so I augmented my education with a minor in Digital Media Arts and Engineering and candidacy in the Distinguished Communicator program. In conjunction with my work experience, this has enhanced my communication and creative skills, which helps me connect the technical nature of mechanical engineering with the people it is meant to serve. My current interests are urban transportation, digital minimalism, and rewilding.

New Products Mechanical Engineering Intern
May 2022 - August 2022I analyzed noisy computer-vision data tracking the impact of a belt modification in the field that confirmed millions in annual savings for the host plant. I also invented and produced models for a broadly patentable modular conveyor belt accessory for a customer in the food industry, designed a new conveyor belt module to decrease contamination, and produced the company’s first belt-scale visualization of wear to discover the root cause of atypical wear.
